This Snake couple is Harmless

Yes, I am going to write about a couple this time - the Seshans (it means snakes) Sumitra & Ananth Seshan. What a great people to get to know both personally and professionally. More so when they are both entrepreneurs and are running a successful software company "Fifth Generation Technologies".
Dr Ananth Seshan, is the Chairman and Managing Director, and Sumitra Seshan is the COO of Fifth Generation Technologies India Ltd.– an engineering software product company that has a client base of Fortune 100 manufacturing clients worldwide (automotive, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries).
What a combination - Doctorate in Robotics & MBA in marketing - no wonder 5G is a great company in the Engineering Software product space. Their software, Enterprise Gateway is manufacturing business intelligence software product mainly targeted at the automotive market, that provides real time collaboration between the manufacturing shop floor and the enterprise in maintenance, quality, production planning and business intelligence This software has now been accepted as part of the software being marketed by a top notch engineering company as part of their enterprise software for Automobile manufacturing companies. The days ahead are going to be filled with news about this company- you just wait and see.
More than anything, both of them are such a gem of persons. Very down to earth - no Airs, wonderful people to know. Sumitra has her trademark smile always, which makes her look and feel very approachable. Though she came on to manage the offshore set up for Ananth, she has literally made the company's deliverable a top notch one, with her attention to detail and being with the team always. I really want to learn the art of responding to the RFP from her, mind you she hasn't lost out from any selection mainly because of her excellent response.
Ananth is extremely polite and very very courteous. Even when he is making his point, he will do so with his characteristic firmness, but making sure that he is not interrupting the other speaker or will make sure that he doesnt sound contra (though it may be contra only). Highly knowledge person indeed. But comes down to each ones level hiding his knowledge down his sleeve. I have a feeling that he is more artistic of the two and probably their daughter has got her talent from his genes!!! (Sumitra, dont be annoyed, it is just my personal feeling of having moved with you both)
May you both, with Gods Grace, achieve great heights in both professional and personal life
