Kampala the Capital city of Uganda
We are beginning our 13 nigts East African tour from Kampala. Kampala is the capital city of Uganda and is mixture of skyscrapers and thatched houses. When we were driving from the Entebee Airport it was like we were driving through any one of the north Indian towns or hill stations. We could see furniture sofas vegetables fruits being kept in the pavements for sale. There were brick kilns and nurseries selling plants. The vans were loaded with people. From the airport we can see Lake Victoria which borders 3 countries Uganda Tanzania and Kenya. Here is info from Wikipedia Kampala is the capital and largest city of Uganda.
