Why do you want to grow?  At the outset this looks like a question that is rhetoric, requiring no answers. But it is true that for many of us growth is just a logical arithmetic progression of revenue or a lofty goal-based journey that we seldom complete. Most of our efforts as individuals and leaders are to intervene in the natural process of growth so as to expedite it towards a purpose. Very often this purpose for growing does not get defined.  The talk Scaling and Growth – Some Perspectives is an attempt to place in front of business leaders - the attributes of a growth journey, the points of preparedness and some questions that have to be answered if growth has to be ensured.
