Key mandates for the Association
Our ITSME Associaiton by us and for us - We want it to be different. all the 7 EC members are of the firm opinion that we should not conduct the meeting once a month or twice a month just for the sake fo having to conduct a meeting.
Also, as Entrepreneurs the thing which is close to our heart is the "growth of our compnay". so we want our assocaiton to focus on growth. all activities should necessarily orient itself towards growth of the organization either individually or collectively.
So these are the key mandates we are going to work with for this year
1. Collective voice representing SMEs in IT Policy making.
2. Sharing Best Practices.
3. Human Resources augmentation among SMEs.
4. Technology/Industry training - Focus Groups.
5. Facilitating foreign delegations both Inbound and outbound, exhibitions thereby providing an effective platform for networking.
6. Potential joint Business Development platform – gaining access to geographies.
7. Improved Economies of Scale - leveraging on the collective size of the association for better bargains on purchases of products and services.
8. Show case Lab.
